Questions about the FreeAgent integration
Click Connect to FreeAgent in Uku Settings & Apps, sign in with your FreeAgent credentials, and grant Uku access via OAuth. Practice Dashboard must be active on your FreeAgent account.
One-way: FreeAgent → Uku only. Contacts, products, and payment status flow from FreeAgent into Uku. We don't push data back to FreeAgent.
By design, Uku imports only the primary contact per FreeAgent company. Additional contacts can be added manually in Uku. This keeps your client list clean and avoids duplicates.
Connecting FreeAgent and importing your client list takes about 10 minutes. Building your first contracts takes another 30–60 minutes. Our onboarding team will sit on a call with you and do most of it.
No. Uku generates invoices internally from tracked time and contracts. Invoice export to FreeAgent is not available. Uku handles the full billing cycle — time, contracts, invoicing, and debt collection — without needing to push invoices back.
