Artificers looked for that one product to call their own for many years. At last, they found what had been right in front of them all along – the need for a digital assistant at accounting practices.
Enter Uku – Accounting Practice Management Software!
Uku, the digital assistant for accounting practices, is 5 years old. It’s a task & workflow management system that helps accountants manage their daily processes and to-dos, track and increase their business’ profitability.

Thousands of accountants from 19 different countries use Uku. Uku is available in 7 languages.
About You
We’re looking for a marketing specialist eager to understand the world of accounting tech and wants to tell the world about its potential. We expect you to:
- Be fluent in written and oral Estonian and English.
- Have 2+ years of experience as a B2B marketing specialist
- Be self-driven and passionate about your job.
- Be a hands-on person not limited by the tasks we have spelled out for them.
- Be a team player. If you see something or someone that needs help, you gladly help.
- Be a detective: follow industry trends, competition, influencers and hot topics in the field.
- Take pride in the work we do as a team.
The Task
We ask you to:
- Understand the value Uku brings to the customer segment and know how to communicate it.
- Create marketing campaigns and targeted ads on Google, LinkedIn and sometimes Meta.
- Manage and create content for our social media - LinkedIn, Meta & Twitter.
- Help the team set up marketing automation.
- Help the team publish new content on the Uku blog.
- Help the team prepare contact lists for campaigns.
You will work with the marketing manager and colleagues to achieve our goals.
You have the freedom to experiment, find the methods that best suit you, and bring the results. We’ll share what we’ve previously tried and tested and the industry insights we have gathered.
