Despite being tech-oriented, Sandgrav Solutions did not have a platform that all employees could use similarly. They managed their tasks in shared and individual Excel sheets and used Outlook for reminders.

The system worked but had two significant downsides. First, it required much manual work since Excel and Outlook do not integrate very well. Employees had to add deadlines and tasks in one app and set reminders in another.
The second problem was that team leads had to spend significant time ensuring employees were on time with their tasks and nobody missed a deadline to offer the best service quality. It was time for a change.

Even though the translation had a few words that might not have been suitable, Sandrav’s employees find joy in the little things. Frederik Kromann, the director, said:
"You get in a good mood from using Uku. Unfortunately, the translation has been done a bit quickly, but you will smile when you see some of the translations. "

Improvement suggestions are best when they come from people who use the software daily. Among other features, the Sandgrav Solutions team has asked for even more noticeable red notifications or making VAT numbers more visible in the client list.
