I like that Canopy allows me to manage the majority of my firm’s workflow seamlessly. Previously, I relied on separate apps for billing, time tracking, project management, and client data storage. Since starting my own tax practice last year, Canopy has been awesome, it has helped me consolidate 90% of my tech stack into a single platform.
Canopy’s task workflow seems a little hard to use and is not as intuitive as some others I have used in the past. More specifically I have a hard time figuring out why staff cant see certian sub-task etc when they are assinged to them.
